I had a dream, where my grandma (who passed away more than two years ago while being bed ridden for almost 6 months before her death) dies again. While taking her body to our native home just before reaching the hike, she wakes up from dead and healthy as ever. She's very happy about being alive and she started to grab our family photos and ran to the porch. she started pointing the pictures towards the sky and started talking to the night sky with stars shining brighter than ever, and she started to refer the stars to her eldest son (my father who passed away on early 2014) and her husband (my grandpa who passed away in 1988) saying that these are their families, look at them being happy. Seeming to responding to her words the stars started shining even more brighter. Seeing this, I ran inside the house and brought my brother and cousins, and they could also see the same.
Dreams involving deceased loved ones can be particularly powerful and emotional, often reflecting our feelings about loss, memory, and connection. Here’s a possible interpretation of your dream:
Reunion and Healing: The dream could symbolize a desire for reunion or healing within your family, especially since it involves your grandmother and your father. Her waking from the dead and being healthy might represent your longing for those you’ve lost and a wish for their happiness and well-being, both in life and in memory. It suggests a sense of continuity in love and connection that transcends death.
Legacy and Memory: Your grandmother's actions of gathering family photos and pointing them towards the stars might symbolize her desire to celebrate the family's legacy and cherish the memories shared. The bright stars could represent the lives of your family members who have passed away, highlighting how they continue to shine in your memories and in the hearts of those still living.
Recognition of Love: The act of acknowledging your father and grandfather indicates an ongoing relationship with their memories and an acknowledgment of their importance in your life. It might also reflect how their love and guidance continue to influence you and your family.
Collective Experience: By bringing your brother and cousins into the experience, it suggests a collective remembrance or acknowledgment of your family's history. It could denote the importance of family unity in remembering loved ones and sharing stories about them, reinforcing the bond with those who are still with you.
Emotional Release: This dream may also serve as a form of emotional release. It can be comforting to imagine those who have passed being happy and healthy, reminding you to focus on the positive memories rather than the pain of loss.
Overall, this dream seems to be a beautiful and hopeful reflection of love, memory, and familial bonds, intertwining themes of loss and joy in the shared experience of remembering those who have passed away.
